Shipping All attempts will be made for Verde Speed Resourcees products to be shipped 1 – 5 business days after order is placed from our website. All products are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail and will take typically 3 – 4 business days to arrive. Canada, Mexico and International orders will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders will take 5 - 6 business days to process and ship. Shipping times vary based on destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. RETURN POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Verde SDpeed Resources online store. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return. Verde Speed Resources will consider merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions: • All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Verde Speed Resources before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number please contact the Verde Speed Resources at info@verdespeedresources.com during business hours • For all approved returns/exchanges, Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. • If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange. • Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, your refund / exchange will be void • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged/used/installed merchandise for exchange or refund.
